This is my etching. For this assignment, we modeled our pictures after black and white pictures of different animals. I chose to do the tiger because I thought it looked really cool and would be a challenge to do. To create our etchings, we used a black sheet that could be scratched off to reveal a silver underneath. We also used a small tool to scratch away the black. I thought this assignment was really fun. The only thing I didn't like about the finished product was one of the eyes was slightly more open than the other, but I am very proud of it overall.
