Artist Inspired Place Setting

This is my place setting artwork. The artist I chose to do my project on was Andy Warhol. For the plate, I painted his Audrey Hepburn painting on a glass paint. Painting this was hard because it was important for it to look like the original. For the place mat, I painted the Campbell's Soup Can label in four different colors. Originally, I thought of doing just one label, but I decided to do different colors of the label to show the "pop" of pop art. For the cup, I used a tin Coca-Cola can to resemble his Coca-Cola painting. Lastly, I chose a red napkin and red utensils because I felt it went along with the Campbell's soup can and the Coca-Cola can. I felt that this project was very fun.

Still Life Watercolor

This is my still life watercolor painting. This was especially challenging for me because the medium was watercolor paint which can be very hard to work with. The painting was modeled after objects set on a table that resembled a fall type setting.
